Why you can't stay consistent (& what to do about it)

I know why you aren't shredded...

Or better out, you can't STAY shredded.

One word: Consistency.

I'm not saying you don't how to lose weight or build muscle.

That information is freely available for those who seek it.

The problem is keeping the weight off.

If you're caught in this cycle - you're part of the masses brother.

Did you know?

1 year after you lose all the weight, there's a 50% chance you've gained all or most of it back?

2 years... 85% chance

3 years... 90%+ chance

Here's the good news: This has nothing to do with you as a man.

Here's the bad news: It has everything to do with human nature.

Distractions are everywhere.

Big food is spending trillions of dollars a year to keep you addicted to their food.

Big tech companies spend lots of money to keep you on your phone and ordering fast food.

Society is convinced you it's worth it to sacrifice your fitness for financial gain.

If you continue to let your current environment dictate your fitness, you'll never get & stay shredded.

Human nature has been manipulated, hijacked, and exploited.

If you truly want to be in the best shape of your life, for life...

You need to be consistent with your fitness. Duh.

BUT In order to be consistent, you need change your environment that promotes fitness at the highest level...

AND is free of the major distractions that counters fitness.

Here's how to re-engineer your environment to override your human nature to work for you, not against.

The 3 variables of your environment

  1. People
  2. Information
  3. Surroundings

People: You need to be around fit motherfuckers. You hang around out of shape losers that don't prioritize their fitness, you won't either. Simple math.

Don't have anyone in your life that's fit? or really about it? Join AboveMen Academy. It's the only brotherhood your need to get & stay shredded.

Information: Start learning and consuming information that'll keep your mind on the topics on levelling up your fitness, mindset, and habits.

If you keep consuming ads for Domino's pizza... your going to order Domino's fucking pizza.

Stop telling the algorithm you're interested in fast food & boobs.

Unfollow.

Unsubscribe.

Surroundings: Have chips, pop, sugar always in your home? Throw it out.

Live with people that are out of shape hedonic boys? Move out.

Live with your partner that's out of shape? Be an AboveMan and lead the two of you to a warrior physique. Don't let your girl be the reason you can't keep ice cream out of your mouth.

Drive by a food spot everyday? Take a different route.

Pay attention to the things in your physical surroundings that promote degen behaviour. Can it.

Audit these 3 areas of your environment right now.

Make a list of actions you need to take, then execute.

Don't be part of the masses.
