1. If you want to start your health journey but are unsure where to start, follow this list in order and only focus on one at a time: some text

  • Fix your nutrition - Find & stick to a meal plan that works for you
  • Optimize your sleep - Sleep for 8hrs + sleep/wake at the same time daily
  • Move the body more often - Strength train 3x a week + Endurance train 3x + rest 1x
  • Begin a simple meditation practice - Light a candle, and hold your attention on it for 5 minutes daily. If you break, simply return your focus back to the candle.

It doesn’t need to be complicated, just consistent. Done is better then perfect.

2. How to be more focused: Eliminate distractions. What’s in your awareness causing you to not be focused? Eliminate it. “The opposite of focus is distraction.”

3. Fixation of time is the quickest way to out of the present moment, out of flow state. If you can create a life where what time it is doesn’t matter, the percentage of time you’ll be present and likely induce flow state will jump dramatically.
